<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation state analysis device capable of accurately analyzing the operation state of a manufacturing apparatus, at a low price. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to a device 5 for analyzing the operation state of a manufacturing apparatus 9. The device 5 comprises: an acquisition unit (communication unit) 203 for acquiring control signals S1 of multiple kinds generated by the manufacturing apparatus 9; a storage unit 202 for storing a necessary condition that the control signals S1 of the multiple kinds should satisfy when the manufacturing apparatus 9 is operating; and a control unit 201 for reading out the necessary condition from the storage unit 202, determining that the manufacturing apparatus 9 is operating when the acquired control signals S1 of the multiple kinds satisfy the read-out necessary condition, and otherwise determining that the manufacturing apparatus 9 is stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
