<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an oil feed pipe superior in salt damage/corrosion resistance, and to provide a method for producing same. <P>SOLUTION: This oil feed pipe includes: a steel pipe member 1 molded from a steel pipe of ferrite-based stainless steel including, in mass%, 0.015% or less of C, 0.01-0.50% of Si, 0.01-0.50% of Mn, 0.050% or less of P, 0.010% or less of S, 0.015% or less of N, 0.010-0.100% of Al and 13.0-18.0% of Cr, also including one kind or two kinds of 0.03-0.30% of Ti and 0.03-0.30% of Nb and further including one or two kinds of 0.0002-0.0050% of B and 0.01-0.50% of Sn when necessary; and a binding component 2 installed in the steel pipe member 1. A gap structure 3 is provided on a surface exposed to a salt damage environment between the binding component 2 and the steel pipe member 1, and a cationic electrodeposition coating film is formed over the whole area inside the gap structure.
