<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro retarder film for effectively switching between 2D and 3D images, and significantly reducing costs. <P>SOLUTION: A micro retarder film comprises: a first homogeneous layer 56; a microstructure phase layer 58 including a plurality of retardation patterns formed alternately on the first homogeneous layer; and a second homogeneous layer 59 formed on the microstructure phase layer.
