<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow removal service management system for helping a manager who manages snowplows and snow removal work to do work such as keeping a work diary of the snow removal work. <P>SOLUTION: A snow removal service management system 10 comprises: a management division transmitting/receiving device 110 possessed by a snow removal management division which controls and supervises the snow removal work; a work division transmitting/receiving device 310 possessed by a snow removal work division which carries out the snow removal work and reports work content to the snow removal management division; a provider computer 210 managed by a particular provider which relays communication between these transmitting/receiving devices; a snowplow 350 used by the snow removal work division and identified by an identification mark; and an on-vehicle recording device 400 corresponding to the identification mark which can be mounted on the snowplow and can measure and record at least a position of the snowplow. The work division transmitting/receiving device reads a record of the on-vehicle recording device to transmit it to the provider computer, and the computer analyzes the record to display the work diary on which the work content about the identification mark, the position, and speed of the snowplow is written down. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
