<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately and automatically detect a sea surface reflection region and automatically select and execute different scan correlation processing according to the inside of the sea surface reflection region and the outside of the sea surface reflection region respectively. <P>SOLUTION: A sea surface reflection region detection part 10 detects whether pixels corresponding to echo data are instable pixels or not according to the echo data. The sea surface reflection region detection part 10 extends a temporal instable state of the instable pixels and enlarges planar regions of the instable pixels to determine sea surface reflection region. A continuity detection part 9 detects planar continuity of the pixels corresponding to the echo data. A W data generating part 6 uses scan correlation processing calculation made of a plurality of types of coefficients set based on inside and outside the sea surface reflection region and presence or absence of continuity to calculate scan correlation processing result data of this time from the echo data of this time and the scan correlation processing result data of the last time stored in an image memory 7 and updates and stores the scan correlation processing result data of this time in the image memory 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
