<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deoxidizing coating agent that can be coated easily on a desired substrate to give a coat which is stacked on the substrate with good adhesivity. <P>SOLUTION: This deoxidizing coating agent includes an organic-based deoxidizer, a polyamide resin, a hygroscopic material and/or a transition metal compound, an acidic compound, and an aqueous medium, and is characterized in that the polyamide resin is a dimer acid-based polyamide resin including 50 mol% or more, on the basis of the whole dicarboxylic acid components, of a dimer acid and has an amine value, higher than the acid value, of 1 mgKOH/g or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
