<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical distribution quality inspection system capable of specifying a cause for a transport object breakage accident by grasping its circumstances to improve physical distribution quality. <P>SOLUTION: When a data recorder 10 attached to a transport object detects the fact that the transport object concerned is placed under a specific situation, for example, the fact that the shock is added, the position data indicating the current position of transport object concerned is transmitted to a server computer 30.
