<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar heat collecting device that can improve heat transfer coefficient of a heat receiving part, and to provide a solar thermal power generating system. <P>SOLUTION: The solar heat collecting device includes: a piping 24 which flows a heating medium 23; the heat receiving part 22 which receives heat of solar light reflected by a plurality of reflection parts and heats the heating medium 23 flowing in the piping 24; and an ultrasonic vibrator 25 which is positioned in the piping 24 and emits ultrasound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
