<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle sheet-rolling system capable of preventing noodle scraps as foreign matter from being mixed in a product without removing the scraps accumulated on a scraper. <P>SOLUTION: The noodle sheet-rolling system includes: a rolling part 5 for rolling a noodle sheet continuously delivered from above by rotating a first rolling roll 3 and a second rolling roll 4 in opposite directions to each other; a scraper 8 arranged on the lower side of the second rolling roll 4 for peeling the noodle sheet having been rolled and adhering on the outer peripheral surface; a delivery direction switching unit 9 for switching the delivery direction of the noodle sheet obliquely downward so that the noodle sheet delivered downwardly from a leading end 24 of the scraper 8 passes a detour point P located below the first rolling roll 3 side; a conveying conveyer 7 for receiving the noodle sheet having passed the detour point P, and conveying the noodle sheet in a substantially horizontal direction; and a guide conveyor 28 capable of receiving the scraps falling from the scraper 8 after switching the delivery direction of the noodle sheet to obliquely downward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
