<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network control device capable of changing communication speed without being accompanied by link-down. <P>SOLUTION: A network control device of the invention comprises: a PHY part transmitting/receiving data corresponding to a physical layer; a communication speed control part monitoring communication traffic and changing settings of communication speed; and a link state control part instructing the PHY part to transmit to an opposite device an FLP burst signal including information showing compulsive auto-negotiation performing auto-negotiation without performing link-down, when the communication speed control part changes the settings of the communication speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
