<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator which is capable of efficiently generating power with a simple configuration, and to provide an electronic device provided with the same. <P>SOLUTION: A power generator 100 comprises a pair of electrodes 11, 21 disposed opposite to each other and an electret film 31 which is disposed between the pair of electrodes 11, 21 apart from the pair of electrodes 11, 21 and is provided so as to be movable in a direction along an orthogonal axis passing through the pair of electrodes 11, 21.
