<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching circuit and a DC-DC converter capable of reducing switching noise, improving operation efficiency, and preventing breakdown of a switching element. <P>SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, there is provided a switching circuit comprising: a high-side switch; a low-side switch; and a driving circuit. The high-side switch is connected between a supply terminal and an output terminal. The low-side switch is connected between the output terminal and a ground terminal. The driving circuit turns off one of the high-side switch and the low-side switch according to a control signal, supplies a first voltage to a control terminal of the other switch and turns on the other switch during a first period, and supplies a second voltage higher than the first voltage to the control terminal of the other switch after elapse of the first period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
