PURPOSE: A method for conducting a trial run of a plant and a ship and a computer readable recording medium with a program for the method are provided to systematically and efficiently manage a real trial run document which is written by a field technician, thereby quickly searching reading a huge amount of trial run documents. CONSTITUTION: Trial run document image information and an extracted work number thereof are recoded in a database. Image area information of a trial run document is read by inquiring the database(S51). Partial image information is extracted from the trial run document image information using the read image area information(S52). The partial image information and a work number thereof are recorded in the database(S53).
