PURPOSE: A filter needle having separate suction and discharge lines for a drug solution is provided to prevent the injection of foreign materials into the body of a patient. CONSTITUTION: A filter needle includes a filter structure(1) inserted into a fixing member(210). The fixing member fixes an injection needle(200) on a syringe cylinder(100). The filter structure also includes an inlet and an outlet on the outside and the center of a main body(10), respectively. Suction and discharge lines of the filter needle are separated by the inlet and the outlet opening to the opposite directions only by a check valve structure. A filter(20) is installed on the outlet.
