PURPOSE: A transcutaneous drug delivery composition containing gamma-oryzanol is provided to maintain physical-chemically stable status of nano-emulsion particles for long time. CONSTITUTION: A transcutaneous drug delivery composition contains nano-emulsion particles including active materials inside, and manufactures micro emulsion by using gamma-oryzanol. The lecithin is phospholipid of phosphatidylcholine, phosphadidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol or phosphatidylcholine. 0.001-20 wt% of the gamma-oryzanol is used based on 100 wt% of the nano-emulsion particle composition which collects the active materials. The active material is refractory medicine, whitening material, collagen compound accelerator, wrinkle removing emollient, skin barrier intensifier, skin moisturizing enhancer, chitin removing enzyme or tourmaline.
