PURPOSE: A cooling and heating system for a passenger boarding bridge and a control system thereof are provided to smoothly cool and heat a tunnel and to make a cooling and heating device installed in the tunnel be smaller. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating system for a tunnel comprises a condenser(52), a compressor(53), an evaporator(51), a connection pipe part, and a turntable. The condenser is arranged in a rotunde. The compressor is connected to the condenser and is arranged in the rotunde. The evaporator is arranged in a movable tunnel and is respectively connected to the condenser and the compressor. The connection pipe part connects the evaporator to the condenser and the compressor. The turntable is installed in the upper part of the rotunde to be laterally rotated.
