<p>PURPOSE: A method for melting a melting stock and a device thereof are provided to reduce NOx in a furnace and to adjust improved temperature of the furnace. CONSTITUTION: In a method for melting a melting stock, a furnace is worked as an end-port furnace. Two ports are provided at the front side of the furnace, and the ports are operated as burner port and exhaust gas port by turns. The method for melting a melting stock comprises the following steps: reacting fuel and oxidizer in a burner pot; letting the obtained combustion gas to flow to the exhaust gas port through a furnace(10); introducing one or more fuel-rich gas stream from the downstream of the burner port to the furnace; and introducing one or more oxygen-contained gas stream from an introduction point of the fuel-rich gas stream to the furnace.</p> |
