CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recovery ventilation system for an apartment comprises a ventilation device(100), an outdoor air intake pipe(120), a balcony air intake pipe(130), an indoor air supply pipe(140), an indoor air suction pipe(150), an outdoor air discharge pipe(170), a temperature sensor, and a humidity sensor. The ventilation device is installed in a balcony of an apartment and comprises a waste heat collector(110), an outdoor air intake opening(101), a supply opening(102), an indoor air suction opening(103), and a discharge opening(104). The outdoor air intake pipe comprises an outdoor air intake control damper(DO2) and the balcony air intake pipe comprises a balcony air intake control damper(DO1) controlling an air intake. The indoor air supply pipe supplies air from the air supply opening to indoor. The indoor air suction pipe discharges indoor air to the ventilation device through the indoor air suction opening. The temperature sensor measures an outdoor temperature. The humidity sensor measures a relative humidity inside the balcony.
