PURPOSE: A relief valve with a simple mechanical structure is provided to reduce malfunctions, and to prevent springs from becoming tangled. CONSTITUTION: A relief valve comprises a valve body(100), a plunger(200), first and second springs(310,320), first and second spring support units(410,420). The plunger comprises a sealing part and a water pressure part. The first spring is inserted into a hollow portion that the water pressure part and sealing part form. The first spring elastically supports a part between the back side of the water pressure part and the first spring support unit. The second spring elastically supports the bottom part and the second spring supporting part interval formed in the lower-part of the ceiling of plunger. The second spring does not support the plunger when the pressure of an inlet port is zero.
