PURPOSE: Coordinate and deformation inspection equipment for a workpiece is provided to be supported stably even though a workpiece is deformed due to weight load by adjusting the length of a lower fixing unit according to the position of a workpiece. CONSTITUTION: Coordinate and deformation inspection equipment(500) for a workpiece comprises a lower fixing device(100), a pressure regulation device(200), an inspection pressure varying device(300), and an inspection and measurement device(400). The upper portion of the lower fixing device is fixed on the bottom surface of a workpiece. The lower fixing device is attached to a workpiece while adjusting the inner pressure of the device. The pressure regulation device adjusts the internal pressure of the lower fixing device. The inspection pressure varying device controls the operation of the pressure regulation device. The inspection and measurement device measures coordinates of two-dimensional or three-dimensional shape and the deformation state of a workpiece.
