<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception system, capable of automatically searching contract information in response to an inquiry by telephone from a customer, and surely and easily performing specification of the customer and confirmation of a contract. <P>SOLUTION: A processing part 6 compares customer voice information stored in a storage device with customer voice information acquired from a telephone set 3 by a customer's current inquiry, stores, when voice information having regular relevancy with the customer voice acquired from the telephone set 3 by the current customer's inquiry is present in the customer voice information stored in the storage device, customer contract information stored in the storage device, which is associated with the customer voice information having the regular relevancy on a memory 5, and displays the contract information on a reception terminal 9 according to a request from the reception terminal 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
