<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel quality decision program, a fuel quality decision method and a fuel quality decision device, for properly deciding the quality of fuel. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This fuel quality decision program makes a computer execute: a fueling information input procedure for receiving input of subject information for identifying an apparatus or an operator of the apparatus every time the apparatus is fueled, and information for specifying a consumption amount of the fuel and a drive amount of the apparatus after the preceding fueling; a mileage calculation procedure for calculating mileage based on the consumption amount and the drive amount in each period, and recording mileage information showing the calculated mileage in a storage device in association with the subject information; a function value calculation procedure for calculating a function value of the mileage of each period to an average value of the mileage for each set of the mileage information associated with the same subject information; and a quality decision procedure for deciding the quality of the fuel in each period based on the function value.
