PURPOSE: A motor, a magnetizing apparatus, and a magnetizing method thereof are provided to improve the performance of a motor by applying a magnet to various devices using the motor. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of teeth are arranged around two adjacent cores. One magnet(204a) is formed between two adjacent cores. A coil forms magnetic flux for magnetizing one magnet and is formed around the teeth. A plurality of cores are radially arranged from a body(310) of a magnetizing device(300).
