DOOR PLASTIC PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A synthetic resin panel for a door and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to expose the wood patterns of the panel. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method synthetic resin panel(10) for a door is as follows. An ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) sheet with high gloss and a decoration sheet are heated in 140 to 150°C during 50 minutes. The ABS sheet and the decoration sheet are pressed. The pressed sheet is water-cooled during 40 to 45 minutes. The sheet is heated and softened in 360°C atmosphere and wave patterns are imprinted or carved on a door patterning mold. The sheet is adsorbed on the door patterning mold and wooden stripes(12) are formed on the sheet.
