The closure (1) has a maintaining unit placed between a cap and a spout (3) to maintain a cap (8) in an open position and formed by an arm (11). The arm is located in a rotation plane (P) of the cap around a film hinge (9) and engaged with an attachment point (12) in a fragile junction area (6) between a threaded skirt (2) of the spout and a tamperproof strip (5). The point is located on a rotative trajectory (R) of the arm. The arm and/or hinge are elastically deformable to allow variation of relative geometry of the arm and/or hinge and clutching of the arm on the spout and/or the strip. The closure is formed by molding a single piece of plastic material.
