PURPOSE: An ISG(Idle Stop & Go) vehicles base transmission system and method are provided to improve shift feeling by measuring elapsed time for an idling state. CONSTITUTION: An ISG driving part(100) senses an idling state of an engine and transmits an idle stop signal. The ISG driving part transmits an idle stop clearing signal according to the canceling of the idling state of the engine. A correction fluid pressure output part(200) measures elapsed time at the idling state and creates correction fluid pressure information based on oil decrement. A transmission control part(300) is converted into a standby state when receiving the idle stop signal. The transmission control part corrects fluid pressure for shit and performs the movement to a driving mode or a backward mode.
