PURPOSE: A coil packing device is provided to increase the value of commodities by improving visual beauty due to package because the exterior of a coiled wire is paced by one packing paper and the packing paper is inserted in a hollow part of the coiled wire in a state where the end of the packing paper protruded from both sides of the coiled wire is folded. CONSTITUTION: A coil packing device comprises a coiled wire exterior packing unit and left and right packing units The coiled wire exterior packing unit comprises a table, a coil lifting crane(30), a dispenser, a winding unit(50), a cutting unit, and a bonding unit. Rollers for supporting a coiled wire are installed on the table. The coil lifting crane suspends a coil. The dispenser supplies a packing paper wound on a roll. The winding unit transfers a clamp gripping the end of the packing paper along the exterior of the coiled wire suspended in the coil lifting crane to pack the exterior of the coiled wire. The cutting unit cuts the packing paper packing the exterior of the coiled wire. The bonding unit bonds both ends of the packing paper. The left and right packing units form corrugations in a state where the end of the packing paper is gripped and inserts the packing paper into a hollow part of a wire rod coil.
