PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring auto-fluorescence of advanced glycation end products is provided to improve the reliability of measurement data by blocking the influence of ambient light using an automatic closed scan process. CONSTITUTION: An optical source(10) includes a light collecting member to collect light. A light transmitting unit(20) transmits reflected excitation light and auto-fluorescence. A light receiving unit(30) detects the reflected excitation light and the auto-fluorescence. An optical head includes the light receiving unit, the light transmitting unit, and the optical source. A transfer unit drives the optical head backward and forward.
