PURPOSE: A carrier plate for forming an external electrode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the rigidity of a carrier plate by laminating a first metal plate and a second metal plate interposing a rubber plate. CONSTITUTION: A first metal plate(110) passes through a plurality of first opening holes(112). A second metal plate(120) passes through the plurality of second opening holes(122) corresponding to the first opening holes. A rubber plate(130) is interposed between the first metal plate and the second metal plate. A support hole(132) is formed in the first opening hole and the second opening hole. The first metal plate, the second metal plate, and the rubber plate have the same thickness.
