The device has damping unit that is operatively coupled to damping device for generating 0-90[deg] phase-shifted damping force. An amplitude unit generates 90-270[deg] phase shifted damping force which largely corresponds to multiple periods of wheel force fluctuation. The damping unit is designed for mechanical and/or electrical and/or magnetic and/or rheological and/or hydraulic and/or chemical generation of damping force.
