The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for utilizing energy of the interaction of magnetic fields, in particular to convert said energy into mechanical and/or elecrical power. The burden of the invention lies within the fact that due to the interaction of magnetic fields, a circumferential system of forces develops that ensures a continuous synchronous connection of the magnetic fields via regulating the field to energy minimum when replacing direct mechanical couplings with magnetic transmission(s) and thus eliminating customary mechanical constraints.
