PURPOSE: A thin plate type separator for a fuel cell is provided to provide a thin plate type separator having required bending structure and electrical performance by using carbon fiber cheaper than electric conductive material. CONSTITUTION: A thin plate type separator for a fuel cell comprises: a step(S100) of mixing a thermosetting resin and an electroconductive carbon material; a pulverization step(S200) grinding the mixed material; a step(S300) of mixing the mixed material powder and carbon fiber of 3-10 mm; a step(S400) of crushing the mixture; a step(S500) of obtaining a molding material by re-crushing the material; and a step(S600) of supplying the molding material to a mold for molding separator with a channel, and press-molding for specific time while applying heat and pressure to the molding material.
