PURPOSE: Plant cultivation system and method using an LED lighting, a LED lighting device, and an operation method of the device are provided to directly control and manage the inside of a plant cultivation factory or cultivated plants. CONSTITUTION: A plant cultivation system using an LED lighting comprises the following: a controlling device(200) analyzing data for calculating the result, and requesting the output of control data to an operation device for an administrator; a sensor module(235) using the control data for controlling the cultivation environment; the operation device(223) for the administrator saving the control data in a memory, and outputting the control data; a gateway(225) receiving sensing data from the sensor module to transfer to the controlling device, and receiving the control data to transfer to the sensor module and other modules; a control module(231) receiving the control data from the gateway, and controlling the color and the dimming of the LED lighting; a light emitting module(237) including plural unit modules emitting different LED light by the kind of plants; a metering module(233) obtaining voltage related information to transfer to the controlling device, and resetting the voltage condition of a power supply device using the control data; and a camera(227) and a wire-wireless sharing driver(221).
