PURPOSE: A bio-scaffold manufacturing method for multi-organ transplanting is provided to generate bio-scaffolds by efficiently decellularizing various kinds of organs. CONSTITUTION: A bio-scaffold manufacturing method for multi-organ transplanting includes the following: surfactant flows through the carotid artery of an animal; surfactant flows through the portal vein after the lapse of a predetermined time; and surfactant flows through the aorta and the vena cava in front of the mesenteric artery and the renal vein after the lapse of a predetermined time.
