PURPOSE: A rotary roaster is provided to periodically rotate an object to be cooked by controlling the operation of a grill rotating unit. CONSTITUTION: A rotary roaster comprises a case(100) having a roasting chamber inside and a door for opening and closing the roasting chamber from one side, a grill unit which is installed inside the case and supports an object to be cooked, halogen heaters which are installed inside the case and heat the object to be cooked, a grill rotating unit(300) which is installed inside the case and rotates the grill unit, and a control unit which controls the operation of the grill rotating unit to rotate the grill unit at a predetermined time interval.
