PURPOSE: A fruit seedling for dense planting, and a producing method thereof are provided to effectible dense planting fruit trees by reducing the distance among fruit seedlings. CONSTITUTION: A fruit seedling for dense planting comprises the following: a scion(10`) prepared with a starch fruit tree branch with plural flower buds(11); and a stock(20) having the similar thickness with the scion. The scion and the stock are grafted to each other by matching the vertical contact surface(31) and the inclined contact surface. The scion contact surface is located on the lower side of the scion, including a first vertical surface and a first outer circumferential slope, and a first inner circumferential slope. The scion is grown for 2 years, and has 3-5 branches.
