PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing salt and enriching and drying other substrates with wind is provided to minimize energy consumption by charging objects to be enriched or dried through a suction pipe. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing salt and enriching and drying other substrates comprises a tank(1) and a fan(2). The tank is entirely sealed except the parts of a valve and a pipe through which air flows in or out at both ends of a cylindrical container. Objects to be enriched are put on the tank sealed with atmosphere. The air is injected into the tank by the fan in a state where the enriched liquid is almost charged in the tank so that the liquid can be escaped from an outlet. The enriched liquid is injected or discharged by opening and closing a cover at the top of the tank, not inserting the enriched liquid through the pipe.
