PURPOSE: A nanodiamond/polymer nanoparticle composite is provided to restrain recoherence of nanodiamond particles and remarkably improve dispersion of nanodiamond particles. CONSTITUTION: A nanodiamond/polymer nanoparticle composite is manufactured by dispersing nanodiamond particles and polyvinyl pyrrolidone or derivative thereof. A manufacturing method of the nanodiamond/polymer nanoparticle composite comprises a step of manufacturing solution in which nanoparticles of polyvinyl pyrrolidone or derivatives after putting the polyvinyl pyrrolidone or derivatives thereof into a solvent; a step of putting nanodiamond particles into the solution comprising the nanoparticles of the polyvinylpyrrolidone or derivatives and dispersing the solution through ultrasonic wave.
