PURPOSE: An honest product authenticating system with a marker and a system thereof is provided to supply information about the authenticity of the marker displayed on a product based on a combination of authentication numbers and the marker. CONSTITUTION: A marker image receiving unit(310) receives information about a marker image of a marker displayed on a product from a mobile terminal. A product information database(360) stores information about the product matched with the marker. An honest product authenticating unit(340) supplies information about the authenticity of the product matched with the marker based on the information about the marker image. A password receiving unit(330) receives a password for authenticating an honest product from the mobile terminal. The honest product authenticating unit determines the authenticity of the product based on the received password.
