<p>PURPOSE: A solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase scattering of light by forming a light adsorption layer which includes a void and to improve conductivity by eliminating a separate producing process of the void. CONSTITUTION: A back surface electrode layer is arranged on a substrate. A light absorption layer(300) is arranged on the back surface electrode layer. A buffer layer(400) is formed on the light absorption layer. A window layer(500) is arranged on the buffer layer. The light absorption layer comprises a plurality of voids. The thickness of the light absorption layer is 1.5 to 5micrometers. The diameter of the plurality of voids is 30nm to 600nm. The plurality of voids is formed into sphere shape.</p> |
