PURPOSE: A continuous extraction fermenting device is provided to individually extract two liquid materials having different specific gravities by separating the same. CONSTITUTION: A continuous extraction fermenting device comprises a reactive cylinder in which a high-density inlet tube and a low-density inlet tube are respectively installed on the upper and lower outer circumference, a low-density chamber in which the low-density chamber is installed at one side of the outer circumference, a high-density chamber in which the high-density outlet pipe is installed at the lower end, a fluctuation generator which generates fluctuation by vertically moving a first shuttle moving shaft(46) back and forth, a second shuttle moving shaft(50) which is assembled by being connected to the lower end, a plurality of mixing baffle boards(60) in which a plurality of flow paths(61) is formed, and a plurality of spacers(70) which is inserted and fixed between the mixing baffle boards in order to maintain intervals between the mixing baffle boards.
