PURPOSE: A stacked core manufacturing device using half blanking is provided to prevent the reduction of the internal diameter of the stacked core by stacking a laminar member in a line. CONSTITUTION: A half blanking unit(130) half-blanks a metal strip. A knocking out unit is installed on the back side of the half blanking unit. The knocking out unit forms a laminar member by separating a half-blanked part. The knocking out unit stores the laminar member in a stacked barrel(172). The laminar member is rotated at a predetermined angle.
