METHOD FOR TESTING THE FPCB USING PROBE SHEET

PURPOSE: A method for testing a flexible printed circuit board with a probe sheet is provided to reduce time and manpower for a product test. CONSTITUTION: An original plate of an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board) and a probe sheet for the FPCB are sorted(S100). A lead is attached to a probe pad with elasticity(S200). Light is emitted to a rear side of the probe sheet through a vision module. The sort condition of the probe sheet and the original plate of the FPCB is tested(S300). An I/O signal is exchanged through a connection terminal unit at a device side connected with the probe pad. A device mounting state and device characteristics of unit FPCBs arranged on the original plate are tested(S400).
