MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES TO JAPANESE ENCEPHALITIS VIRUS, HYBRIDOMA CELL-LINES OF PRODUCING THE ANTIBODIES AND JEV-ANTIGEN DETECTING METHOD USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A monoclonal antibody about encephalitis virus, hybridoma cell line producing the antibody and an antigen detection method using the same are provided to prevent or treat patients infected by the Japanese encephalitis. CONSTITUTION: A monoclonal antibody about encephalitis virus recognizes capsid protein of the encephalitis virus (JEV) as an epitope. The monoclonal antibody about encephalitis virus is produced by the hybridoma cell having the accession number KCLRF-BP-00258 or KCLRFBP-00259. The monoclonal antibody recognizes the sequence number 3(SEQ ID NO:3) of the C-terminus among the capsid protein of JEV as the epitope. The composition for detecting the capsid protein of the encephalitis virus recognizes the capsid protein of the encephalitis virus (JEV) as the epitope. The composition for detecting the capsid protein of the encephalitis virus includes the monoclonal antibody manufactured by the hybridoma cells having the accession number KCLRF-BP-00258 or KCLRFBP-00259.
