An adjustable magnetic device comprising a magnetic first element adjustably mounted within a housing, the housing being mounted to one of a wing or frame in use. The first element cooperating via magnetic attraction with a second element in use mounted to the other of the wing or frame. Preferably the adjustment means comprises threaded screw 62 located within a through bore of the first element to engage in an internally threaded post 65 of the housing; the housing also preferably comprising protruding alignment pins 66 located within blind bores 68 with springs 67 to bias the magnetic first element wherein threaded screw 62 limits the projection of the magnetic element from the housing due to the springs 67. The magnetic element may have protruding ribs (72a, 72b, fig.6) which are slidably guided in channels in the housing which may have alignment indicia. |
