PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although an agrichemical left in a storage tank is needed to be taken out after the application of the agrichemical is finished, the agrichemical in a hopper simply is not taken out conventionally, even when the upper lid of the hopper is opened, and troublesome take-off operations for detaching a device and taking out the agrichemical in a position that the storage tank is inverted are required. SOLUTION: The granule-dispenser includes a storage tank (15) formed in a shape long in the lateral direction to store granules such as an agrichemical, a delivery portion (17) for delivering the granules in the storage tank (15) at a prescribed amount rate, a lid (16) for closing the upper opening of the storage tank, and a support frame (37) for integrally rotating the storage tank, the delivery portion and the lid, wherein the directions of the support frame (37) and the lid (16) are rotated on the same side to receive and recover the granules left in the lid from the opening of the storage tank, and a dispensing port (19) is disposed in the proper position of the lid (16).
