The station (1) has a standing sensor (17) generating a real-time standing signal based on a position of feet (12, 13). A position sensor (19) e.g. gyroscope, generates a real-time position signal based on a position and/or lateral position change of an engaging unit (4) relative to a standing mat (2). A control unit generates a real-time control signal based on comparison of the position signal with a position target area when an actual position and/or an actual position change lies with the area. A display unit (26) visibly provides the control signal to a person undergoing training (11).
