PURPOSE: An electric cylinder is provided to extend the life of a slide key by reducing noise because abrasion is reduced by the uniform contact sliding of the slide key inserted in a slide key groove of a cylinder tube. CONSTITUTION: An electric cylinder comprises a driving motor part(1) with a power shaft(11), a connection bracket(2), a rotary screw shaft(3), a cylinder tube part(4), a piston(5), and a rod tube(6). One or more slide key grooves(422) are longitudinally formed in the circumference of a circular hole(421) of a cylinder tube. Key grooves(51) are formed on the outer circumference of the piston at positions corresponding to the slide key grooves. A slide(52) is mounted on the key grooves. Protrusion plates with horizontal guide holes are installed in the front and rear of the cylinder tube part. A movable plate is arranged in a connection shaft(61) of the rod tube. A guide shaft is installed in the movable plate. |
