PURPOSE: An enzyme agitating apparatus for fomentation is provided to prevent the occurrence of a negligent accident in an agitating work by reducing the fatigue of a worker. CONSTITUTION: A slide roller(105) is mounted on the boundary of an enzyme bath. A guide block(109) includes a mounting plate(108). The guide block combines with a pair of guide bars(107). A driving unit(110) generates power which is necessary for an agitating work. An agitating wing(112) combines with a driving shaft. The agitating wing is inserted into enzyme filled in the enzyme bath. The agitating wing agitates the enzyme.
