<p>PURPOSE: A package, a vibrator, an oscillator, and an electronic device are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by installing an internal electrode and to secure air tightness. CONSTITUTION: A base material is formed into flat shape of a single layer. An internal space is formed in a concave part. An internal electrode(24) and an external electrode(25) load an electronic component. The internal electrode and the external electrode are connected by a wire. The electronic component is a vibrator. A lid accepts the vibrator. A joining material(23) is arranged in order to surround the electrodes. The wire is crossed with the joining material.
